KEEP FROZEN READY TO COOK DO NOT REFREEZE DO NOT MICROWAVE Contains: WHEAT, EGG- Conventional or Toaster Oven: Move oven rack to middle of oven. Heat oven to 400°F. Place frozen calamari on a foil-lined baking sheet, leaving space between calamari. Bake for 14 - 16 minutes or until calamari is cooked through (for best results turn calamari over halfway through cooking).
Air Fry: Set Fryer to 400°F. Cook for 6 - 8 minutes (for best results turn calamari over halfway through cooking).
Do not microwave. Due to variations in equipment, cooking time and/or temperature may require adjustment. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 145°.
