Description

Ready to cook in the air fryer, oven or deep fryer, these H-E-B breakfast potatoes are handy to have in your freezer. Made from 100% real potatoes that are thick-cut and diced, they turn out crispy on the outside and tender-soft on the inside. Give them a try and serve with omelets, huevos rancheros or bacon and eggs.

Sweet & Spicy Ketchup Dipping Sauce

1 cup ketchup
1-½ Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp red chile flakes
½ tsp cayenne
½ Tbsp black pepper

Add brown sugar and water into a bowl and whisk until most of the sugar is dissolved. Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk until smooth. Serve with diced potatoes and enjoy.

    Ingredients

    Potatoes, Vegetable Oil (Contains One or More of the Following: Soybean Oil, Canola Oil), Dextrose, Disodium Dihydrogen Pyrophosphate (to Promote Color Retention).

    Allergens and safety warnings

    Keep frozen.
  • Air Fryer (recommended method):
    Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Fill air fryer basket with a single layer of frozen potatoes. Cook for 10 – 12 minutes or to a light golden color.

    Deep Fryer:
    Preheat oil to 350°F. Place frozen potatoes in fryer basket. Do not fill basket more than half full. Carefully lower basket into hot oil. Fry for 3 ¼ - 3 ½ minutes or to a light golden color. Shake basket frequently for best results.

    Conventional Oven:
    Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread frozen potatoes in a single layer on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Flip potatoes and continue baking for an additional 9 – 11 minutes or to a light golden color.

    Please Note: Air fryer appliances and conventional ovens may vary in temperature and cooking times.

    For best results, cook from frozen to a light golden color. Do not overcook. If defrosted, use immediately. Do not refreeze.
