    Ingredients

    Vegetable skewer kabobs (bell peppers, yellow squash, zucchini squash, mushrooms, onions), shrimp (shrimp, salt) tomatoes, seasoning (salt, black pepper).

  • Grill:

    Preheat closed gas grill to 450°F. Clean and oil grates thoroughly. Place kabobs on grill over direct heat and cook for 3 minutes. Using tongs, quarter-turn kabobs and let cook for another 3 minutes. Completely turn kabobs and finish cooking for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat and serve hot.

    Oven:

    Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray foil-lined baking sheet with oil. Place kabobs on sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time, or until shrimp are opaque and vegetables are tender. Serve hot.
