  • Oven: Heat oven to 400°F. Season fish to taste then place on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake 12 - 18 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.

    Fry: Heat fry oil to 325°F. Score whole catfish on both sides with knife then dredge fish in fish fry or batter mixture. Carefully add whole fish to hot oil and fry for 7 - 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
