Ingredients

Shake before each use. Keep in a cool, dry place.- General: Use about ½ tsp seasoning per 8 oz seafood.
Blackened Fish Fillet: Heat cast-iron skillet until hot. Melt 2 Tbsp butter per 8 oz fish. Dip fillets in butter and season both sides liberally. Cook on each side until desired blackened appearance and the centers of the fillets reach 145°F.
