ALCOHOL PREP PADS AND THE TRIPLE OINTMENT. CAUTION: This product contains non-prescription drug products that have expiration dates. Place check before use. Keep these and all drug products out of the reach of children. ANTISEPTIC WIPES: For external use only. Flammable keep away from fire or flame. Do not use: in the eyes, if this happens, rinse thoroughly with water. Stop use and ask a doctor if irritation or redness develop and persist for more than 72 hours. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. ALCOHOL PREP PAD: For external use only. Flammable keep away from fire or flame. Do not use with electrocautery procedures, in the eyes. If contact occurs, flush eyes with water. Stop use if irritation and redness develop. If condition continues, consult your health care practitioner. Keep out of reach or children. If swallowed get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. TRIPLE ANTIBIOTIC OINTMENT: For external use only. Do not use in the eyes. If this happens, rinse thoroughly with water, internally, over large areas of the body. If you are allergic to any of the ingredients, longer than a week unless directed by a doctor. Ask a doctor before use if you have: deep or puncture wounds, animal bites, serious burns. Stop use and ask a doctor if: the condition persists or gets worse, a rash or other allergic reaction develops. Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately. ADHESIVE BANDAGES: For medical emergencies, seek professional help. BUTTERFLY CLOSURES: For medical emergencies, seek professional help. GAUZE PAD: In case of deep puncture wounds or serious burns, consult a physician.- ANTISEPTIC WIPES: Tear open packet, remove towelette, unfold and use as washcloth. Supervise children under 6 years of age. Ethyl Alcohol 66.5% (Antiseptic). Antiseptic cleansing of face, hands and body to decrease bacteria on skin without soap and water. Inactive ingredients- aloe vera, fragrance, purified water, triethanolamine. ALCOHOL PREP PAD: wipe injection area and discard. Isopropyl Alcohol 70% (Antiseptic). For preparation of the skin prior to an injection. Other information- store at room temperature: 59°F - 86°F (15°C - 30°C). Inactive ingredient - purified water. ADHESIVE BANDAGES: For use on minor cuts, scrapes, & burns. For optimal results, apply bandage to clean, dry skin. Change the dressing daily, when wet or more often if needed. Single use. BUTTERFLY CLOSURES: For use on minor cuts wounds. Remove backing tabs from Butterfly Closure. Apply adhesive sections on either side of the wound. Be sure to center the nonstick area over the wound. Change dressing as directed by your health care professional. Single use. GAUZE PAD: For cleaning wounds. Gently clean the wound with mild soap and water using the gauze pad and carefully dry the affected area. Discard the used pad. Single use TRIPLE ANTIBIOTIC OINTMENT: Bacitracin Zinc (400 units Bacitracin) (first aid antibiotic); Neomycin Sulfate (equivalent to 3.5 mg Neomycin base) (first aid antibiotic); Polymuxin-B Sulfate 5000 units (first aid antibiotic). First aid to help prevent infection in minor cuts, scrapes and burns. Other information- store at room temperature (do not freeze); do not use any opened or torn packets. Inactive ingredient- petrolatum.
