SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE . REFRIGERATE AFTER OPENING. STORE IN A COOL, DRY PLACE. CAUTION: DO NOT HEAT IN CAN Contains: MILK- Pumpkin Pie Prep Time: 15 minutes / Cook Time: 60 minutes 1 (9 inch) PIE CRUST 1 large EGG (beaten) 1 can (15 oz.) solid pack PUMPKIN 1 can (12 fl oz) H-E-B FAT FREE EVAPORATED MILK 3/4 cup SUGAR 1 teaspoon GROUND CINNAMON 1 tablespoon VANILLA EXTRACT 1. Heat oven to 425°F. 2. Combine egg, pumpkin, H-E-B FAT FREE EVAPORATED MILK, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in a large mixing bowl using an electric mixer on medium speed for 1 minute. 3. Pour pumpkin mixture into the pie shell. Place the pie on a baking sheet pan and bake on the center oven rack for 15 minutes at 425°F. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F for 45 minutes until a knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean. Cool the pumpkin pie before cutting into 8 servings. Makes: 8 servings For recipes calling for evaporated milk, pour straight from this can. For drinking, or in place of fresh skim milk, dilute with an equal amount of water.
