Contains: WHEAT.- Fall Harvest Muffins:
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1 pouch H-E-B Fall Harvest Baking Mix
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
3 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp softened butter
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray and sprinkle with flour.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk water, oil, eggs and sugar. Fold in H-E-B Fall Harvest Baking Mix until combined (do not over-mix).
3. In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, flour and butter until a fine, dry crumble is formed.
4. Pour Baking Mix batter into prepared muffin cups to approximately 3/4 full. Sprinkle crumble over the top of each muffin evenly.
5. Bake for 23 - 27 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean. Allow muffins to cool entirely before removing from pan. Makes 12 muffins.
Pancakes:
1 pouch H-E-B Fall Harvest Baking Mix
2 cups water
2 eggs
1. Preheat griddle to 350°F (medium heat).
2. In a medium bowl, blend H-E-B Fall Harvest Baking Mix, water and eggs with a wire whisk. Batter will be slightly lumpy (do not over-mix).
3. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter onto lightly greased griddle.
4. Cook pancakes for 4½ - 5½ minutes, flipping approximately every 2 minutes. Makes about 12 pancakes.
Waffles:
1 pouch H-E-B Fall Harvest Baking Mix
1 cup milk
1 cup water
2 eggs
2 Tbsp oil
1. In a medium bowl, blend H-E-B Fall Harvest Baking Mix, milk, water, eggs and oil with a wire whisk. Batter will be slightly lumpy (do not over-mix).
2. Pour batter onto lightly greased and preheated waffle iron.
3. Cook waffles for 4 - 4½ minutes on medium-high heat. Makes about 8 waffles.
