SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE. REFRIGERATE AFTER OPENING. STORE IN A COOL, DRY PLACE. CAUTION: DO NOT HEAT IN CAN Contains: MILK- Mom's Easy Fruit Cobbler Prep Time: 10 minutes / Cook Time: 30 minutes 1 cup PANCAKE MIX 1 can (12 fluid ounces) H-E-B EVAPORATED MILK 3 cups drained CANNED FRUIT (peaches, pineapple or apple) 1/2 cup chopped PECANS (optional) 1/4 cup SUGAR 1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; set aside. 2. Combine pancake mix and H-E-B EVAPORATED MILK in a small mixing bowl; stir well. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Arrange drained canned fruit over batter. Evenly sprinkle fruit with pecans and sugar. 3. Bake on the middle oven rack for 30 minutes. Let cobbler cool for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with ice cream or whip topping. Makes: 8-10 servings For recipes calling for evaporated milk, pour straight from this can. For drinking, or in place of fresh whole milk, dilute with an equal amount of water.
