It’s specially prepared with three popular Spanish cheeses — Manchego (zesty, intense), Mahón (rich, bold) and Drunken Goat (mild, fruity). You’ll also find that the fig spread pairs extremely well with the Manchego. Rounding out the board are chorizo slices, mixed olives, Peruvian pearl peppers and Marcona almonds.
