  • Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. For proper food safety and quality, please follow cooking instructions. Do not thaw before cooking. Do not cook in a toaster oven. Cook thoroughly before eating. Refrigerate or discard any unused portion. Microwave Method: Remove dish from box. Lift corners of plastic film to vent. Microwave on High power for 3-1/2 minutes. Pull back plastic film and stir. Replace film and microwave on High power for 1 minute or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Carefully peel back film and stir. Replace film and let stand for 1 minute before serving. Caution hot tray! Oven Method: Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove dish from box. Lift corners of plastic film to vent. Set dish on a baking sheet and place on the center rack of oven. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Stir halfway through cooking time. Remove tray from oven and stir. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Caution hot tray! Due to variations in equipment, heating time and/or temperature may require adjustment.
