    Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
  • Stovetop: Place turkey bacon in single layer in preheated skillet. Cook 3 -4 minutes over medium heat to desired crispness. (Optional: add 1/2 Tbsp of oil during cooking to improve crispness.)

    Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place separated turkey bacon strips on a rack in a shallow baking dish or pan. Bake for 15 minutes.

    Microwave: Place turkey bacon strips in a microwave-safe shallow glass container or paper plate. Cover with a paper towel and heat.
