Contains: wheat, soy, milk.- Keep frozen. Heating: Microwave Method: For one breast: Place 1 frozen chicken fried chicken breast on a microwave-safe dish. Cover dish with a napkin and microwave on Half power (50%) for 3 minutes, flipping the product over half way through the cook time. For Two Breasts: Microwave chicken breasts on Half power (50%) for 5 minutes. Oven Method: Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Place 4 frozen breasts on a foil-lined baking sheet. Place on center oven rack and heat uncovered for 12 minutes. Turn breasts over and heat for 12 more minutes. Caution! Product will be hot. Do not overheat, product is already cooked. Cream Style Gravy: Microwave Method: Pour 1 cup of water in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat water on High power for 1 minute. Add contents of gravy packet to hot water and stir. Heat gravy for 1 more minute on High power or until gravy thickens. Stir. Stove Top: Pour 1 cup of water in a small saucepan. Heat water on High. Heat to a boil. Remove saucepan from heat and add contents of gravy packet to hot water; stir to combine well. Reduce heat to Medium-Low and cook gravy for 3 more minutes or until gravy thickens. Stir. Due to variations in equipment, cooking time and/or temperature may require adjustment.
