Keep Refrigerated. Ready to Cook. Apply Safe Handling Instructions.- OVEN 1. Heat oven to 425°F. 2. Place Tenders on a foil lined baking sheet. 3. Bake, uncovered, in center of oven 20 to 35 minutes depending on size. 4. Remove when a meat thermometer inserted in center reads 165°F. 5. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. STOVE TOP 1. Heat non-stick or heavy skillet 3 minutes over medium heat. 2. Coat skillet with non-stick cooking spray or brush lightly with oil. 3. Cook 2 1/2 - 3 minutes per side. Remove when internal temperature of meat reaches 165°F. GRILL 1. Heat charcoal 30 minutes or gas grill 10 minutes with lid closed. 2. Grill 4 inches above medium heat 375°F. 3. Cook 15 to 20 minutes or until the meat internal temperature reaches 165°F.
