1 cup pancake & waffle mix
Preheat a lightly oiled pan or griddle to 375°F. Stir together water and mix, blending well. Spoon some batter onto the griddle and cook for about 1-½ minutes. Flip pancake when bubbles break and edges start to dry.
Waffles:
2 cups pancake & waffle mix
1-½ cups water
1/3 cup oil
Preheat a lightly oiled waffle iron. Combine water, oil and mix, blending until slightly lumpy. Bake in prepared waffle iron.
