About ½" thick each, these H-E-B boneless ribeye pork chops are a Texas-style dinner option. Cut from the center of the loin in the rib area, they’re also known as rib chops. To prepare, rub them with your favorite seasoning blend and toss them in a skillet or air fryer.

Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- Stovetop: Season pork chops as desired. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 1 – 2 minutes. Place pork chops in skillet and pan broil (no oil) for 3 – 4 minutes per side. Remove at internal temperature of 140°F for medium-rare or 150°F for medium doneness. Remove pork chops and serve. Other Option: Air fry pork chops at 370°F for 3 – 4 minutes per side.
