  • Dust meat with seasoned flour. Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown steak for 1 min/side. Wipe the oil from the skillet. Add 1 cup of beef broth. Cover and cook for 40-45 minutes until tender in a heated 300 degree F oven, or simmer over low heat on a stovetop until tender. Do not boil or meat will toughen. Thicken pan juices for gravy.
