Keep refrigerated. Caution: Contains bones.- Stovetop: Season pork chops as desired. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 1 - 2 minutes. Place chops in skillet and pan roil (using no oil) for 2 - 3 minutes per side. Remove at an internal temperature of 140°F for medium-rare or 150°F for medium doneness.
