Best cooked low and slow, it can be smoked, braised or oven-roasted. Season well with your favorite dry rub and when it's done, let rest on a cutting board for 10 - 15 minutes.   • Smoker or Pellet Grill:
    Preheat to 225°F. Season pork roast as desired and place on smoker for 60 – 90 minutes per pound. Note: It's important to maintain a consistent temperature in the smoker throughout the cooking process. Remove roast when desired tenderness is reached. Let roast rest for 10 minutes before cutting/serving. Other Option: Oven-roast at 325°F for 25 – 30 minutes per pound.
