  • Cut steaks into 6 portions. Season flour with your choice of spices. Turn in seasoned flour. Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown meat 2 min/side. Wipe oil from skillet and add 1 cup beef broth. Cover and cook 1 hour or until tender in a heated 300 degree F oven or simmer over low heat on the stovetop until tender. Do not boil or meat will toughen. Thicken pan juices for gravy.
