Marinate meat 20 min. or season. 2. Heat a wok or large heavy skillet over high heat for 3 min. Add 1 tbsp oil to wok and tip pan to coat. 3. Cook 1/2 to 3/4 pound at a time to prevent crowding. Stir fry 1 to 2 min., scooping and turning continuously, until no longer pink. Do not overcook. 4. Remove meat and cook vegetables. Then combine and heat through.
