Keep Refrigerated- Cut steaks into 3 portions. Season with seasoned salt and pepper or as desired. Turn in seasoned flour to coat. Heat 2 Tbsp of oil in a heavy or non-stick skillet over Medium-High heat for 3-4 minutes. Cook steaks for 2 min/side uncovered. Do not crowd in skillet. Drain briefly on a paper towel.
