  • Heat 1 Tbsp oil in large skillet over Medium-High heat for 30 - 45 seconds per side.

    For milanesa (per 1-lb of meat): Cut into 2 - 3 portions. Blend 1/2 cup cracker meal, 3/4 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp each of black pepper & garlic powder. Beat 1 egg in another small bowl, then dip meat in egg, then turn to coat in seasoned cracker meal. Heat 1/3 cup oil and cook 1 minute per side.
