From H-E-B, these boneless beef brisket point chunks are meaty and come from the muscly area of the cow that’s just above the front legs. Cut into 1-½" x 2" cubes, they’re best cooked slow and low so they get pull-apart tender. Cooking methods include using a smoker or searing them quickly and then braising in the oven. Season brisket chunks as desired and place on smoker for 2 – 4 hours. Note: It's important to maintain a consistent temperature in smoker throughout the cooking process. Remove brisket chunks when desired tenderness is reached. Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting/serving.
