Keep refrigerated.- Grill:
Tenderize each side of meat with seasoning and marinate for 20 minutes - 24 hours in refrigerator. Heat charcoal for 30 minutes until ash-covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Grill ribs about 4" above medium heat (about 375°F) for 6 - 8 minutes per side (12 - 14 minutes total) or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
