TRIPLE ANTIBIOTIC OINTMENT: For external use only. Do not use in the eyes. If this happens, rinse thoroughly with water, internally, over large areas of the body, if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, longer than a week unless directed by a doctor. Ask a doctor before use if you have: deep or puncture wounds, animal bites, serious burns. Stop use and ask a doctor if: the condition persists or gets worse, a rash or other allergic reaction develops. Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately. ALCOHOL PREP PADS: For external use only. Flammable, keep away from fire or flame. Do not use with electrocautery procedures, in the eyes. If contact occurs, flush eyes with water. Stop use if irritation and redness develop. If condition continues, consult your health care practitioner. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. ANTISEPTIC WIPES: For external use only. Flammable: keep away from fire or flame. Do not use in the eyes. If this happens, rinse thoroughly with water. Stop use and ask a doctor if irritation or redness develop and persists for more than 72 hours. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. HYDROCOTRISONE CREAM: For external use only. Do not use int he eyes, for treatment of diaper rash, for feminine itching. Ask a doctor before use if you are using any other hydrocortrisone product. Stop use and ask a doctor if the condition worsens or lasts more than 7 days, or clears up and occurs again within a few days. Keep out of reach of children. If ingested, contact a Poison Control Center right away. DIPHEN ALLERGY CAPLETS: Do not use to make children sleepy, with any other product containing diphenhydramine, even one that is used on skin. Ask a doctor before use on skin. Ask a doctor before use if you have a breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis, difficulty in urination due to enlargement of the prostate gland, glaucoma. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking sedatives or tranquilizers. When using this product marked drowsiness may occur, avoid alcohol beverages, alcohol, sedatives and tranquilizers may increase the drowsiness effect, use caution when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery, excitability may occur, especially in children. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health care professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case or overdose, contact a physician or Poison Control Center immediately. IBUPROFEN: Allergy alert: Ibuprofen may cause a severe allergic reaction, especially in people allergic to aspirin. Symptoms may include: hive, skin reddening, facial swelling, rash, asthma (wheezing), blisters, shock. If an allergic reaction occurs, stop use and seek medical help right away. GAUZE PADS: For cleaning wounds. Gently clean the wound with mild soap and water using the gauze pad and carefully dry the affected area. Discard the used pad. Single use. NITRILE EXAM GLOVES: Non-sterile single use disposable exam gloves. Protect from freezing. Storage: Avoid excessive heat. Keep dry. Gloves should be shielded from direct sunlight, fluorescent lighting, x-rays, moisture and Ozone. Disposal: Dispose of gloves and all biologically contaminated matter in an appropriate container. NON-STICK* PADS: Ideal for cushioning and protecting minor cuts, scrapes and burns without sticking to them. Carefully cover the wound with a non-stick** pad to help absorb fluid. Single use. *Will not adhere to sutures, staples or adhesive wound closures. Ideal for low to moderately draining wounds. PAPER TAPE: For securing wound covers. Use gauze to gently clean in and around injured area with mild soap and water. Dry injured area and apply medication if necessary. Cover wound with non-stick*pad or dressing. Secure the dressing with paper tape to help keep out dirt and contaminants. ROLLED GAUZE: For securing wound covers. Use gauze to gently clean in and around injured area with mild soap and water. Secure the dressing with in place by loosely wrapping the area with rolled gauze over the top of the dressing. Secure the end of the Rolled Gauze with tape as needed, being careful not to restrict circulation by wrapping or taping too tightly. Singe use. TRIPLE ANTIBIOTIC OINTMENT: Clean the affected area. Apply a small amount of this product (an amount equal to the surface area of the tip of a finger) on the area 1 to 3 times daily. May be covered with a sterile bandage. Other information: Store at room temperature (do not freeze). Do not use any opened or torn packets. ALCOHOL PREP PADS: wipe injection area and discard. Other information. Store at room temperature: 59°F - 86°F (15°C - 30°C). ANTISEPTIC WIPES: Tear open packet, remove towelette, unfold and use as a washcloth, supervise children under 6 years of age. HYDROCOTRISONE CREAM: Apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily. Children under 2: ask a doctor. Other information. Store at room temperature (do not freeze) Do not use any opened or torn packets. DIPHEN ALLERGY CAPLETS: Do not take more than directed: Adults and children: (12 years and older) Take 1 to 2 caplets every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Do not take more than 12 caplets in 24 hours, or as directed by a doctor. Children under 12 years: Do not give to children under 12 years of age. Other information: each caplet may contain: calcium 25mg, store at room temperature 59° to 86°F (15° to 30°C), protect from light, use by expiration date on packet, taper-evident sealed packets, do not use any opened or torn packets. IBUPROFEN: do not take more than directed, the smallest effective dose should be used. Do not take longer than 10 days, unless directed by a doctor (see Warnings). Adults and children (12 years and older) Take 1 tablet every 4 to 6 hours while symptoms persist. If pain or fever does not respond to 1 tablet, 2 tablets may be used. Do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours, unless directed by a doctor. Children under 12 years: Do not give to children under 12 years of age. Other information: read all product information before using, store at 68° to 77°F (20° to 25°C), avoid excessive heat 104°F (above 40°C), tamper evident sealed packets, do not use any opened or torn packets.
