This major white wine grape of Spain thrives in the wettest conditions of the country, and now finds a new home in the semi-arid well-drained soils of the Texas High Plains. No stranger to adverse conditions, this thick- skinned white wine grape variety is hardy in the vineyard whilst remaining delightfully delicate in the glass.
