Microwave on high according to chart until thoroughly cooked. Microwave Wattage (wattages vary; adjust time for your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended) 1200; Time on High: 3-1/2 to 4 min. Microwave Wattage (wattages vary; adjust time for your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended) 1000; Time on High: 4-1/2 to 5 min. Microwave Wattage (wattages vary; adjust time for your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended) 700; Time on High: 6 min. 3. Let stand 1 minute. Caution: Hot! Pull or cut to open. Empty into serving dish; stir in almonds. Stove-Top: 1. Remove almonds. Heat 1/3 cup water to boiling in 1-quart saucepan; add contents of vegetable pouch. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium. 2. Cover; cook 2 to 4 minutes, stirring often; drain. Add almonds. Must cook thoroughly. Cooking Directions: For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Important: Do not heat pouch in boiling water. Keep frozen.
