Description

70 calories per serving; low fat. Our love for vegetables began over 100 years ago in Le Sueur, Minnesota, where glaciers carved out some of the richest soil in the world. We call it our valley. Today, we still have fourth generation farmers who do little things that make a big difference. Like picking each crop at the peak of perfection and freezing it fast to lock in freshness. That's how we make our vegetables. Several research studies show that freezing vegetables locks in important vitamins and stops the nutrient loss that can occur in fresh vegetables over time. Green Giant vegetables are frozen fast to lock in nutrients, so they're as nutritious as fresh! Exchanges: 1 starch, 1/2 fat. Carbohydrate Choices: 1/2.
