Description
From Great Catch, this 2 lb bag contains about 62 - 80 large raw shrimp. Conveniently already deveined, these shell-on shrimp are easy to peel. Thaw them from frozen by placing the bag in the refrigerator overnight, or for a quicker method, under cold running water for about 3 minutes. Shrimp star in so many recipes, from Pad Thai to gumbo.
