Description
Established 1820. Six Grapes is one of Graham's original Port brands, deriving its name from the traditional cask markings used to denote the finest wines in the lodge from each harvest. Once wines are selected for Graham's classic Vintage Ports, a further selection is made of the richest young wines of superior quality to be used in the blend to produce Six Grapes. The six varieties used are: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Francesa, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Tinta Amarela, and Tinto Cao. Six Grapes is bottled relatively young to conserve its fresh, assertive style and is not subjected to fining or filtration to ensure that it retains its superb, delicious fruit concentration. However, Six Grapes is released for immediate enjoyment and does not require decanting. Bottled by Symington Family Estates, Oporto, Portugal. Alc. 19.5% vol. Product of Portugal.
