  • Frying Pan - Open the bag and place the omelet in a nonstick frying pan. Heat for 10 minutes on each side over Low flame. Oven - Preheat the oven to 392 degrees F for 10 minutes. Take the omelet out of the bag and place on a nonstick tray. Place the tray on a medium shelf in the oven. Heat for around 20 minutes. Test the middle of the omelet and if fully heated through, the omelet is ready. Microwave - Place the omelet (without removing from bag) on a plate. Heat for about 6-8 minutes at the maximum setting. Leave to cool for 2 minutes before opening the bag. Defrosting is not necessary. Cooking time may be reduced by half if omelet is defrosted.
