  • Keep frozen. Stove Top: Place unopened pouch in boiling water for 15 minutes. Carefully remove from water and cut along side. Empty the pastel onto a dish and serve. Microwave: Place unopened pouch on microwave-safe plate. Puncture with fork 3 or 4 times to vent. Heat 5 minutes using High setting. Carefully remove pouch.
