  • 1. Empty contents of this package into a bowl. 2. Add 1 cup of water (8 ounces) to the mix and stir until lumps disappear. Let the mixture stand for a few minutes. 3. A spoonful of mixture makes a fritter. Fry in oil at medium heat (350 degrees F) for golden brown crispy fritters. For delicious old Spanish style Frituras de Pescado add 1 teaspoonful of baking powder to the mixture, prior to frying. Also try with Goya Mayo-Ketchup as a dipping sauce. Helpful Hint: Although our fish is deboned, occasionally some may get into the mix. Please check for bones.
