  • Cooking Directions: Conventional Oven: Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not microwave. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Place bag window side up, on metal baking pan. 3. Bake 24-26 minutes (Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F or higher before serving.) 4. Carefully cut open. Caution: Hot steam. Keep frozen.
