    Salmon Fillets, Sauce. Salmon Fillets: Salmon, Sodium Tripolyphosphate (to Retain Fish Moisture). Sauce: Water, Canola Oil, Butter (Cream, Salt), Corn Starch, Sea Salt, Maltodextrin, Sugar, Nonfat Milk, Cream, Citric Acid, Lemon Peel, Lemon Juice Solids, Natural Flavor, Parsley, Whey, Lime Juice Solids, Romano Cheese (Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Spices, Salt, Turmeric (Color).

  • Keep frozen. Cooking Directions: Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Remove fillets from pouch before cooking. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven 400 degrees F. 2. Arrange seasoned side up on a metal baking pan. 3. Bake 14-16 minutes (fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving). Microwave Oven: (1100 Watts) Place fillets, seasoned side up, on a microwavable plate and cover loosely. Microwave 1 fillet on high for 3 to 4-1/2 minutes (fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving), or 2 fillets for 4-1/2 to 6 minutes (fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving).
