    Minced Pollock, breadcrumb coating, vegetable oil. Breadcrumb coating: Wheat flour, water, sugar, slat, yeast, whey. Vegetable oil: Canola and/or soybean oil.

    Allergens and safety warnings

    Contains: pollock, wheat, milk.

    Caution: Although great care is taken to remove bones, some may remain.

    Safe Handling: Keep frozen. Do not cut. Pull to open.
  • Keep frozen until ready to cook.

    Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange on metal baking pan. Bаke 11 - 14 minutes total (Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165°F or higher before serving) flip after 8 minutes. For extra crunch or if cooking more than 20 fish sticks, add 2 minutes to the cooking time.

    Air Fryer: (Air fryers can have varying operation methods and wattages. Please consider your appliance when following these instructions. Oil is not needed.) Arrange fish sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry fish sticks at 400°F for 7 - 9 minutes (Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165°F or higher before serving).
