Contains: pollock, wheat, milk. Although great care is taken to remove bones, some may remain.- Keep frozen. Cooking Directions: Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook. For food safety and quality, follow cooking directions below. Conventional Oven: 1. Move oven rack to middle of oven. 2. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. 3. Arrange uncooked fish fillets in a shallow metal baking pan, leaving space between fillets. 4. Bake uncovered 23 to 25 minutes (Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving) until coating is golden brown and crispy. Turn fillets over after 14 minutes of cooking. Deep Fryer (for Restaurant Use): 1. Place fillets in basket, separating to prevent from sticking. 2. Fry at 350B0F for 5 to 7 minutes (Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving) until golden brown and crispy. Note: The correct oil temperature is critical to ensure proper browning and thorough cooking. Always allow oil to reheat before frying additional fish fillets. Microwaving is not recommended.
