GorillaWeld is an incredibly strong, heavy duty two part adhesive. The tough, steel bond epoxy formula has a 4250 PSI bond strength and sets in just 10 minutes. Hardener contains methyl methacrylate, styrene-methyl methacrylate-butadiene polymer, and 3,5-diethyl-1,2-dihydro-1-phenyl-2-propylpyridine. Resin contains methyl methacrylate, Methacrylic acid, and styrene-methyl methacrylate-butadiene polymer. First Aid Treatment: If swallowed, call a Poison Control Center or doctor immediately. Do not induce vomiting. If in eyes, rinse with water for 15 minutes. If on skin, rinse well with soap and water. If on clothes, remove clothes. If breathed in, move person into fresh air. To improve adhesion, roughen smooth surfaces with sandpaper before gluing. 1. Remove cap from each tube and use top of cap to puncture foil seal. 2. Dispense equal parts from each tube onto a clean, disposable surface. 3. Mix with disposable mixing tool for approximately 20 seconds until color is uniform. 4. Apply to surface within 3 minutes. 5. Clamp surfaces together and leave undisputed for 10 to 40 minutes. Full cure in 24 hours. Cure time dependent on temperature, humidity and quantity applied. Set Time: 10 minutes. Cure Time: Full cure in 24 hours for load bearing weight. Application in cooler temperatures may cause longer cure times. Temperature Range: Bond withstands -40 degrees F to 300 degrees F. Cured Color: Dark Grey. Clean Up: Remove excess wet glue with a dry cloth and acetone or mineral spirits following solvent manufacturer's recommendations. Usage: Use in a well ventilated area. Storage: After use, replace cap tightly on each tube. Store in a cool, dry place. Store away from children and animals.
