Our GoodCook Everyday Utility Knife has a nonstick finish that keeps food from sticking to the blade for quicker cutting and easy cleanup. The blade is made from high carbon stainless steel and has a serrated edge, so it never needs sharpening. The handle has a soft grip that's comfortable to hold and it provides a firm hand hold for great control. To keep this knife safe in a drawers, this includes a protective plastic sheath for the blade.
