Description
Our GoodCook Everyday Santoku Knife is a great alternative to a chef's knife in the kitchen. This has a 5 inch blade with a fine edge that makes it the perfect tool for mincing, chopping, and slicing. The granton edge helps keep food from sticking to the blade when slicing while the high carbon stainless steel needs less sharpening. This has a full tang and triple rivets for security. The handle is contoured for comfort and has an attractive polished finish.
- Care & Usage: Since high carbon steel is not 100% rustproof, we recommend washing by hand & drying with a clean, soft cloth.
