Ingredients
100% CALIFORNIA MEDIUM GRAIN MILLED RICE.
Stovetop:
Pour 1 cup rice and 1-1/2 cups water into a pot. For firmer texture, decrease water. For more tender rice, increase water. Cover with a tight-fitting lid and bring to a full boil. Do not uncover while cooking. Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes. When done, remove pot from heat and let stand for 10 minutes, still covered. Fluff lightly with a wooden spoon and serve or use in a sushi recipe.
