Conventional Oven (Preferred Method): Preheat oven to 425°F. Place frozen nuggets in a single layer on a baking sheet. Place sheet on the middle of rack and bake for 11 minutes. Turn nuggets halfway through heating time.
Microwave: Place frozen nuggets in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate. Heat, uncovered, on HIGH: 5 nuggets for 1 - 1.5 minutes, 10 nuggets for 2 - 2.5 minutes, 15 nuggets for 3 minutes. Turn nuggets halfway through heating time.
