Place sheet on the middle of rack and bake for 12 to 14 minutes. 4. Turn tenders halfway through heating time. Microwave: 1. Place frozen tenders in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate. 2. Heat, uncovered, on high: 3 tenders for 1-1/2 minutes, 6 tenders for 2-1/2 minutes, 9 tenders for 3 minutes. 3. Turn tenders halfway through heating time. 4. Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving.
