Ingredients

Contains wheat, milk and soy ingredients.- You can choose to make 2, 4 or 6 at a time. Do not eat raw batter. To make 2 molten lava cakes you will need: 3 tablespoons unsalted butter. 1 egg. Chef’s Tip: Dust with powdered sugar and serve with a scoop of French Vanilla ice cream before serving. To make 2 molten lava cakes: 1. Heat oven to 400 degree F. Grease bottoms and sides of 2 foil cups. 2. Place butter in medium microwave-safe bowl. Cover; microwave until melted (bowl will be hot). 3. Empty 1 pouch Lave Cake Mix into melted butter; stir until blended. Microwave 20 seconds. Add egg; stir 1 minute until very well blended. Divide batter between 2 foil cups (about 1/3 cup each). Place cups on baking sheet. 4. Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until sides are set and centers are soft. Let stand 2 minutes. Run knife around sides of cups to loosen. Immediately place small serving plate upside down over each cup; turn plate and cup over and remove foil cup. Serve immediately. To make 4 Molten Lava Cakes, use 2 pouches of mix, 1/3 cup unsalted butter and 2 eggs. Bake 12 to 14 minutes. To make 6 Molten Lava Cakes, use 3 pouches of mix, 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter and 3 eggs. Bake 13 to 15 minutes. High altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change.
