Description

This rich, never bitter medium-bodied coffee has a roast on the darker side of medium which allows those delicate fruit and citrus undertones to shine through. Sourced exclusively from Costa Rica amidst its authentic highland valleys and mineral enriched volcanic soil, this coffee contains beans from farms that have achieved Rainforest Alliance certification, which encourages a minimum of 40% shade cover on farms located in naturally forested areas.

    • Best brewed with French press. For the Perfect Cup: In Your Automatic Drip Brewer: We recommend 1.5 tablespoons of ground coffee for each 6 fl oz cup of cold, filtered water. In Your French Press Brewer: We recommend 1 tablespoon of ground coffee for each 6 fl oz cup of hot - just below boiling - water. Adjust the recipe to suit your taste. Store: Keep the unused coffee in a cool, dry place.
