Mixes 8 Drinks: When prepared with 1/2 cup (4 fl oz) skim milk, one serving contains 50 calories, 0 g total fat, -5 mg cholesterol, 80 mg sodium, 8 g total carb (5 g sugars), 4 g protein, 4% DV vitamin A, 15% DV calcium. Refrigerate after opening. Shake well before using. Use within two weeks.
