    Whey Protein Concentrate (from Cow's Milk, Enzymatically Hydrolyzed, Reduced in Minerals), Vegetable Oils (Palm Olein, Soy, Coconut, and High-Oleic Safflower or High-Oleic Sunflower), Lactose, Corn Maltodextrin, Galacto-Oligosaccharides (a Prebiotic Fiber Sourced from Milk), Potassium Citrate, Calcium Phosphate, and Less than 2% of: Potassium Phosphate, Calcium Chloride, Sodium Phosphate, Magnesium Chloride, Ferrous Sulfate, Zinc Sulfate, Copper Sulfate, Potassium Iodide, Manganese Sulfate, Sodium Selenate, M. Alpina Oil (a Source of Arachidonic Acid [ARA]), C.     Allergens and safety warnings

    Gerber Graduates is a routine formula brand. If you suspect your baby is allergic to milk, use only under a doctor's supervision. When switching formula, a gradual transition is best. Do not use if outer quality seal or inner foil seal is damaged.
  • Preparation and Use: Your baby's health depends on carefully following the preparation, use, and storage instructions below. Ask your baby's doctor about infant formula feeding (Gerber Graduates is a routine formula brand. If you suspect your baby is allergic to milk, use only under a doctor's supervision. When switching formula, a gradual transition is best) including how much to feed and the need to sterilize (boil) water and preparation utensils before mixing formula. Powdered infant formulas are not sterile and should not be fed to premature infants or infants who may have immune problems unless directed and supervised by your baby's doctor. Always wash your hands and utensils before preparing formula. Step 1: Pour desired amount of water into clean container. See chart on inside label. Add 1 unpacked level scoop (9 g) of powder for each 2 fl oz water. (Only use enclosed scoop). Stir well. Step 2: Pour formula into bottle or cup. Feed baby immediately or refrigerate and use bottle or cup within 24 hours. Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard. Step 3: Or mix formula with cereal or other solid foods. Feed baby immediately. Discard food left in bowl after feeding. Warning: Do not use microwave to warm formula. Serious burns may result. Storage: Tightly cover open container and use within 1 month. Store open and unopened containers in a cool, dry place. Avoid extreme storage temperatures. Use by date on bottom of container. Mixing Guide: To Make Approx 2 fl oz Bottle: Measure 2 fl oz water, add 1 unpacked level scoop (9.0 g) powder. To Make Approx 4 fl oz Bottle: Measure 4 fl oz water, add 2 unpacked level scoops powder. To Make Approx 6 fl oz Bottle: Measure 6 fl oz water, add 3 unpacked level scoops powder. To Make Approx 8 fl oz Bottle: Measure 8 fl oz water, add 4 unpacked level scoops powder.
