What started out as leftovers ended in a conversation on how founders George and Rubie Huerta could put a Texas twist on a popular Cajun favorite. Taking their family's charro bean recipe, specially prepared proteins and that Texas jalapeño heat, they developed a pretty remarkable product. After selling their items in H-E-B, George was able to retire from being a full-time HVAC technician for over 20 years. Their mission is to deliver a deliciously different meal that tastes so great your family will think it came out of your kitchen.

Keep frozen. Do not cook in a toaster oven or broiler. Caution: Product will be hot. Due to variations in equipment, heating time and/or temperature may require adjustment. Discard or refrigerate any unused portions.- Microwave:
Remove tray from cardboard box and cut a slit in the plastic film cover. Place tray in microwave and cook on high for 4 minutes. Peel back plastic film and stir. Heat for an additional minute or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Let cool for 1 minute. Carefully remove plastic film before serving as the product will be extremely hot.
