Caution: Bowl w- 1. Empty contents of 1 pouch into microwavable bowl. 2. Stir in 2/3 cup cold water or milk. Or use the pouch as a measuring cup1 Pour cold water or milk to the fill line. 3. Microwave uncovered on high 1 to 2 minutes. Caution: Hot! Remove carefully. Stir; let stand uncovered 1 minute (oatmeal will thicken as it cools). Refrigerate leftovers. Alternate: 1. Empty contents of 1 pouch into heatproof bowl. 2. Stir in 1/2 cup boiling water or hot milk. 3. Let stand uncovered 2 to 3 minutes (oatmeal will thicken as it cools). Refrigerate leftovers. Note: use less water for thicker oatmeal or more water for thinner oatmeal.
